Are there any other differences, like differences in weight?

The main difference, that I have noted is that the "Iso" carbon is much stiffer / "twist" resistant. I can not speak for weight as many chassis that are out there were some-what specialized. Many "iso" cars included Trinities and TRCs to name a few. The biggest issue I have come across is that "Iso" carbon fiber needs more care with preparation to prevent damage, and when damaged the affected are can grow more quickly than is a standard carbon fiber weave.
