Something as old as a chain drive Optima with the rear motor would be best suited in Classic. I think that the 4WD's in classic class should be running a period correct tire, just as the 2wd "race chassis" buggies are required to.
Any way you look at it, get one running and sort it out later!
The Lazer ran well! Didn't have as much stability as the Schumachers seemed to have. But still a blast to drive. It could stand a little more shock tuning. I didn't carry with me any different size pistons that weekend. The front definetely need more pack. I think that was why it was flying a little funny off of the rough jump faces.
Pete, you gonna have that Clod up and running for next year? I have one coming, cant wait to get my hands on it!
