Top tray does seem a little hacked mate...not too bad - but I am pretty sure I have one or two NIP left!!

The Boxer is probably the rarest of the trio......would say around 160 to 200 if it comes back mint - the only downfall would be the body in this case.............but then again the scars add character!! If you want to get really correct - the speedy is missing too - along with the original motor - both of which I also have available.......

Its looking great mate, I think with a very light polish to get surface scratches and light corrosion off and if you can strip the body it'll look almost as new. Nice purchase indeed. I am super after an AYK Radiant Pro myself. such a nice brand.
Easily my second fav brand after Kyosho......In fact, in a number of areas - they are my favourite.
ahhhh - will have to take pics of my polished viper - that will float your boats!!

AYK advertising both the 4x4 Viper and Boxer in 1986:
The 4x4 Viper was the first four-wheel drive buggy from AYK. Introduced in 1985 its transmission was derived from the Buffalo/Bobcat 2wd buggies and adapted into 4wd with the use of a chain...
Is anyone aware of this body being produced as a reproduction? It was available for a long time but I can't seem to find one anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Wow. I had no idea this body was so hard to find. Now I really want one.
A couple of months ago I was minding my own business at a local car show and then this appeared on a vendors table...............I had no choice but to spend more money on RC, how could I walk away :roll:

Its been a long time coming but I finaly have myself another Viper. I bought this car from a TC member and it was in pretty poor shape for a 'mint' car. The front has seen a small colision and has been bent back into shape.
