AYK Viper #2
Its been a long time coming but I finaly have myself another Viper. I bought this car from a TC member and it was in pretty poor shape for a 'mint' car. The front has seen a small colision and has been bent back into shape.
In a recent haul I managed to snag a handful of new Viper parts of which went into this rebuild. New gearboxes, ball diffs, suspension arms, bumper, hubs, chain, driver, roll cage, rims, tyres and a few other bits and bobs all went in to the rebuild so this is about as good as its going to get for me.
Many years ago I sold my genuine mint new built Viper and have long lived in regret. Now I can make up for lost time and keep this baby all to myself.

That's beautifully restored. I like the louvered roof and tires. The tires look like Kyosho Sand Supers but they have a different wording on the sidewalls...Super what? I can't quite make it out...

Re: AYK Viper #2
The tyre side walls are called 'SUPER CRESTA'. Similar in appearance to the Kyosho items but a larger diameter tyre inner bead.
Anyone with a keen eye will also notice I have run the platic cage over the top of the alloy roll bar. This was purposely done so the cage stretched out and didnt have that saggy look to it as which happens when fitted under.
I prefer it this way.
