I don't think the finished part would look that great if I cut little rings on the waterjet. Plus, I would have to connect them with tabs to keep from losing them in the tank, which would have to be filed down. For such a small part, it wouldn't make a very great looking finished part at that thickness. It will cut aluminum several inches thick though!gomachv wrote:How thick will your waterjet cut? Might even be able to get with a 3d printer and make some realistic looking upsize units.

Last resort, I'll have some machined. Kind of a pita though.
