geez, once you start, you cant stop huh!

I ended up elongating the holes in the front of the chassis as well, but by about 2mm

I found in my old spares in my rc10 graphite team car these universals, don't remember buying them, but there they are!

another nice thing I did is I bought the avidrc bearing kit for the worlds car, since I use avid bearing in all my other cars,i thought "eh, why not"

last thing to do is the shocks, which I have built.

I haven't cut down the top part of the rear motor mount as im not sure how to do it.

I have also come to halt as I realise I don't have the axle pins or shims... nor the last small turn buckle from the servo to the bell cranks, DOH!!!

I can safely say, out of all the things I have bought/received/done this year, this is the most special, I have dreamed of this car when I was reading the results of the 91 worlds and looking at the pics (with a magnifying glass) in the only rc mag we could get here in New Zealand (a Aussie mag, the name escapes me now) and now I have one here on my table.

I also want to thank everyone who has helped me along the way to get here, you guys are awesome!

Progress looks good

thank you

I printed out the exploded diagram and emailed Lunsford the sizes, Barbara sold them to me as a kit, so got them cheaper 8)

2x 2 inche
2x 2.4 inche
2x 1.375 inche
1x 1 inche

there is one more, but it wasn't on the drawing so I forgot about it

Racing lines used to be the Australian Mag back then, I will have to check my parents house to see if any survived, more than likely be more like the Duncan Fernly Magnum AB limited edition and be thrown in the rubbish

Oozzee mate they look like stock older style AE ones with the 4/40 mini nuts.. They should be available most places.. Try here mate, the good thing for us is 99c shipping worldwide including oz... For a runner I recommend the newer style that use a hex driver inside the ball end to fit them ,makes it so much easier.. For the shelf the old style would probably be the go..

These are the nuts, you need 2-3 bags (you can also buy the Losi version)

These are the short balls, you need 1 bag

These are the long ball studs, you need 3 bags for replica, 4 bags for racer

hi Guys

I got me my original white tq wheels for my front tires today.

but I don't have any bearings for them

are these

http://www.avidrc.com/product/1/bearings/787/316-x-516-x-18-Flanged-Revolution-FR156-RSZ-bearings.html

the right ones ? the only docs I can find only give two dimensions and my calipers are metric 8(
