Re: Jimbo302's Trucks
With the old tires that are on it now it's not so bad. The tres are the rearmost part of the thing, so when it does hook, it can go all the way over. I'm going to look at changing up the rear shock tower due to that.
Other than that, and backing the screws out of the slipper on the first run, it was pretty good. The front tires definitely gripped better under throttle than on my stock 10T.

Speaking of my stock 10T, I'm thinking of returning it to its stock form, with vintage electronics and selling it.
It runs so well, I'm too tempted to run it and put more wear on it.

Eh, pick up a rere chassis and store it away and then run the thing! A set of RPM arms should limit any breakage issues... they were made to run so let it loose!Jimbo302 wrote:Speaking of my stock 10T, I'm thinking of returning it to its stock form, with vintage electronics and selling it.

Team associated graphite chassis.
You can see the AE (Associated Electrics) just below the heat sink on the chassis.
Cheers, Dave.

I can't help but agree with you. So, I cleaned it up,threw the new front axles in with my basher tires and wheels.clm wrote:Eh, pick up a rere chassis and store it away and then run the thing! A set of RPM arms should limit any breakage issues... they were made to run so let it loose!
It's back together with the 550 motor, 3S, and 2.4 tx/rx.
It is a great little all white plastic runner. I need to find some rear tires to run other than the pro line dirt grips, though.

Re: Jimbo302's Trucks
I swapped out a hi-tech mini servo on the graphite mid motor truck and while it is much better, I feel like I need to eliminate the bell cranks to get the steering right.
