It's the holes for the shorty lipo holder. The 4 holes in the XLS chassis was the original position, you can see that using that position isn't going to work on the Procat chassis as the holes line up with the edges of the battery slots, so the battery holder was moved forward slightly so they could be drilled in the middle of the saddle pack dividers.
