Jeff,
Go for it Sir, some people were using B4 shocks on their RC10s, and the Frog that won the classics class, was using modern shocks...

most definitely one heat, maybe 2. with my 4000mah lipos after a heat they would only be down 30% or so.mikedealer wrote:also anyone think these batteries will last a full heat with a 17.5? price cant be beat

Re: 2009 VINTAGE OFFROAD NATIONALS OFFICIAL THREAD• SEPT 18-20TH
Barcodes work ,ehhh, so so at RCHR
When the track is compacted and dry:
JConcepts double dees still work good, It's my preferred tire to run at RCHR in 2wd and Truck
Proline Holeshots work real good also.
As far as fronts, I've used JC Groovies and Losi Pink Tapers for 2wd fronts.
Proline Edge for truck fronts.
Some people have used Goosebumps also when the track is kind of loosey goosey.

Re: 2009 VINTAGE OFFROAD NATIONALS OFFICIAL THREAD• SEPT 18-20TH
We run B4's with a 10.5 same kind of track conditions as RCHR. Generally run about 6-7 minutes per heatand usually only need about 1200MAH to charge them back up. I don't see why these wouldn't be enough especially for a 17.5.. 20C will give you less punch, but for 2wd vintage buggy that might be a good thing.mikedealer wrote:also anyone think these batteries will last a full heat with a 17.5? price cant be beat

I am planning on being there again. I had a great time last year.
