the 93wcs chassis has quite a few differences compared to 94! didnt notice the 3rd tear drop nice pick up dan
yes the 94 is staggered and on the pavadis they are opposite! you cant make a wcs chassis from a 94 or a 95 pavadis from a 94 chassis!

There are other chassis differences as well between the WCS and the 94 dogfighter- I am just having fun with what I have

For sure! :D It just struck me as being odd that the WCS car, suposedly being an accurate (& expensive) replica of the master's Worlds winning car.... but one of the most visible parts is different :|

Been a while since I have had time to update this car- here are a few more additions to the replica

The motor is a 2wd wind, but then given the large traction issue that they had at Basildon, who knows what motor the car actually had- and the brass wing buttons.....tough bits to find. Thanks Al!

The traction was really not that bad there. I remember the conditions deteriorating/changing was the biggest issue. That and the track was really large, so whoever had the best batteries and motor definatelly had an advantage. I ran for Reedy at that race, and I have no recollection what motors I used. I do remember one of them running backward however  . -Jeff

Nice parts! - Great score on the wing mounts especially! The RRC article on the car says that the motor was a 10x2! (a pretty wild wind on 1700SCRCs!) Though you can never be too sure on the accuracy of mag articles?

P.S; did you get my e'mail Reggie?

Cool! Glad you got the file.... would have thought your machine guy would be able to cut it - it certainly falls well inside the capabilities of most standard machines??

He has a really nice, but smaller table top cutter- I don't know what the maximum for that deck is. But I can always get something together!

Jose, I don't know if these images help - I presume you are re-building a 94 car (or do you have the WCS?) & I think this car has a simpler set-up with the bent link wire? These photos of my steering link assembly were taken whilst I was dissmantling my WCS - to help me for when I re-assembled it

@ Reggie - that white bumper looks neat... but I thought Masami's car had a normal black one??
