Picked up my first Gold pan (Updated with pics 11/17)

Sorry for digging up my own thread but i just recently dug this buggy out and got looking at it. From what i can see i got as far as installing the RPM rear arms but didnt install the fronts. But now that i have it put some where where i can get to it quickly im going to be working on it along with a few other RCs in my collection over the next month or so to see what i can get running as decent runners.

The plan as of this time anyway:

Finish installing RPM front arms (need to order turnbuckles for this from what i remember)
Glue the Losi ribbed tires to the front HPI wheels
order a reciever for my Flysky 2.4 ghz radio to replace the old KO am setup
order a Traxxas slash spec servo
and find a decent ESC to run that Trinity motor on.

Also im just wondering...would a body intended for the reissue Worlds Car work on my gold pan?

Yes, the re-re bodies work just fine. There are also bodies now offered by JConcepts and Proline.

Nice! Its great to see that the RC10 is getting some new attention. I have a feeling my wallet is gonna hate me a lot over the next couple months lol
