We need an official RC10 Talk recipe thread.

I made these bacon, egg and cheese biscuit cups last night for dinner:


- Coat a small muffin/cupcake pan with cooking spray
- Divide a small pack of biscuits and press into the pan forming thin cups
- Chop and fry bacon or ham and add to each cup
- Add your favorite cheese on top of the bacon in each cup...I used shredded sharp cheddar
- Pour EggBeaters or 2 mixed eggs into each cup, making sure no to over-fill
- Bake in the oven at 350-degrees for about 10-15 minutes, until biscuits are golden and eggs are thoroughly cooked
*Some recipes call for adding onions and peppers along with the other ingredients.

Started preparing today for a HUGE Super Bowl party tomorrow. My best bud got divorced (unwillingly ) last year and has the whole place to himself. It'll be a huge turnout and my friends and I all have at least 2 things in common: Cooking and drinking. Like it or not it's true. Anyway, the only rule every year is that each person bring enough food for 3 people. I'm doing roasted chicken and wings this year. I'm off Monday too. And yes, there will be plenty of designated drivers. Mostly disgruntled wives...

Anyone from Northern California will recognize this right away.

Final product. I like to cut the spine out and lay it open. Cooks faster with relatively the same results as upright. Plus it's easier to imagine it getting up and dancin'.

Thinking over my snacking options for tomorrow. Buffalo chicken dip is rising to the top of the idea pile. I have to help a friend move in the morning(until earlier he was hiring someone, but what are you gonna do when it comes to friends ). At least I'll get to use my favorite joke:

Be sure to grab one end of the headboard of the bed and as you walk past the wife say "Man! What's up with all the dents in this headboard??!"

Meh, they love it! If you're lucky the wife will ask you to leave.

Anyhoo, this is how I make Buffalo Chicken Dip. I make it this way because I couldn't remember all the real ingredients the first time I went to get them so I only got what I could remember. You can double or triple this recipe to your needs very easily.

1 pkg Cream Cheese
1 5oz can pre-cooked chicken
4oz Frank's RedHot
(You can add sour cream if you want it creamier)
Melt it all down in a pan and serve warm with tortilla chips. It's friggin' awesome!
I scored this on a discount rack for 50¢ so you know I grabbed it! I'll try it with this instead of Frank's tomorrow. It's been good on everything else so far.

It's usually near the tuna. It's not good by itself really, but quick and easy for salads or dips.

Spent 10 hrs working outside yesterday so I gave myself today to goof off other than a pre-dawn run of course. Kinda slow today so I figured I would bore everyone in the closest thing we have to a food thread. I bought a domain and hope to have a site up and running soon so I don't have subject everyone here to my complete randomness. Still researching things though(PMs welcome). Until then... any hot sauce is good with these. Ham, egg and cheese quesadillas we had for breakfast. They're made exactly the way they sound. By the way, my wife asked "Do you have a girlfriend on that website or something?" I don't count Halgar. BTW I re-sized that crappy image in photobucket, but it won't change here.

Tried these today, impulse buy at the cash register. Sooo glad I tried them, they are really tasty and the rolled chip design really snaps and crunches in a satisfying way. The flavor was good too, but it wasn't that spicy. The chips do not taste like corn.
