Re: OPEN losi xx4 discussion
I guess that makes sense, not needing the brace with trinity block. I will see if I can fint picture. It would just second as a nice tie in for the rear bumper.

Aaaaah,I have seen those before!
Cool lookin' bit of kit.
It would work with the Trinity block, you'd just need longer rear screws.

FL thanks for the Trinity pics. I've been on the lookout for one of those blocks of late.
Slapshot that rear brace is a one-off custom item unique to that particular car owned by Olivier Langlet. Only one of them on the face of the earth exactly like that I gather.

Re: OPEN losi xx4 discussion
Here is a slightly different approach to enjoying the XX4: turn it into a truck!! I made up a front body mount and used the wing mounts as the rear body mounts. The hardest part was the front axles. I was unable to find any truck wheels to fit the short aluminum front axles, so I made a couple longer steel ones. Took me a few attempts, but all turned out well. For simplicity I run a two cell lipo on the one side with a 4200 KV Venom brushless motor. The wheels are HPI universals and the body is a Nitro Rustler. Its a blast to drive.

I checked with your WA address. and its $8.75 to get to you. So yes I may use you as a go between. In the next few weeks I will search their site and see what else I need and get back to you. may as well make an order worth while and order a few more things. Thanks so much

Re: OPEN losi xx4 discussion
Im putting my XX4 back together and am missing the little rollers, pins and washers that sit in the top cover.I cant seem to find any and when I enter the part number 3214 it comes up with a different part. The parts I need are 31 32 and 33 in the manual.
Would anyone have some spares?I would like to race this on the 19th of may so Im in a mad rush trying to find them.
Ive heard you dont need them when using the green belts but they seem very hard to find now too.

Re: OPEN losi xx4 discussion
Do you need the green side belts or rear green drive belt or both?
Still several of the LOSA3214 on the bay, and I have a set as well. 19th might be a stretch from Spokane, WA
