that'd look killer with a white body with metallic red-black motif and smoked windows.
Nice to see such a unique build.

wow.....Erik, what a great suggestion !!.......

I do plan to paint the shell in white background.......with some sort of flame pattern like Masami's ..........looks like a Black Devil if using black wheels....... 8)

but the wheels will eventually be changed back to white one.......finally become a White Phantom........ :)

the red C-hubs & rear uprights are option parts for TB Evo III (by "SQUARE")........

while the red universals are made by "KOSE" ........especially designed for Tomy EX.......fitted with Yokomo wheel adaptors......... :D :D

How about the silk-cut theme of the Jaguar GP cars?
Or an Adidas or Puma theme...

actually I want to paint it with some famous Japanese R/C driver's pattern.........just like 870c painted with Masami's pattern.......matching that era......

but I can't get any Tomy EX's old photos so far......maybe Tomy was not famous enough to attract good drivers at that time.......

minimini....you should send one to me for closer inspection....

great looking car. I have been looking for one to start on, I know there is an Adonis on ebay right now, but I want the full CF chassis set up you have. What are the chances of getting paper copies of all the bits you have?

Oh...the local shop by me has the Intruder sticker sheets on the wall...PM me if you want/need a set.

I met up with minimini on the evening of Nov 12. I saw this car and I can only say AWESOME!!!!

He managed to polish the graphite to such high shine, it is a sin to touch it...
