XXCR and XXCR BK
Work has been kicking my butt lately, so I decided to take full advantage of my three days off this weekend. Kinda the calm before the storm, as I know it is going to get worse real quick. Building stuff just takes the edge off...... sorta "me time".
I should mention before Anthony and Jason start, it should be known that my Losi parts are just there, as opposed to my AE parts either in boxes or in storage. Come on guys how can I not, when they are just there. That being said, fire away gents.
First an XXCR with the Xtra Long Chassis or XXL. Just need a wing wire for this one. I have the body and wing stored away.
Second, a Kinwald XXCR. All I need to finish her off are two rear blue wheel nuts, 4 small blue shock nuts, and a wing wire. Body, wing, and decals in also another box. BIG THANKS to Al for the help on the motor plate.... should be what this hobby is about folks.
Enjoy.

These are nice looking cars. I'm becoming more and more interested in the XX and its overall design (really, I'm just becoming more of Losi fan). I completely understand the "me time", as I do the same thing and just tinker with various kits or miscellaneous parts...it's just therapeutic. Well done and thanks for sharing.

Humm, Mr Lexan has some sweet cars, with very little evidence of actual lexan. Somebody with a good sense of humor could probably find quite a joke in there somewhere.
Cool stuff, I really like my XX too.

Good thing I didn't actually try the joke thing then eh?
Well that, and the lack of an actual joke....
P.S. Upon further thought, while I do have an original unused spare JR-X2 body and wing, well it never hurts to have extras. Perhaps taunting you into sticking a couple in my face may not be such a bad thing.....

wow, those are fantastic! I am still running my original XX (was out at the track today in fact), would love to see one of those butties out on the track.

Re: XXCR and XXCR BK
And thanks for letting me know what an XXL is!
So,it uses a XXT chassis?Or a XX CR chassis?
What body did they use?
They look like they use short (front) shocks all around,on the few I've seen,anyway...Like this one.
Love to have one,I have enough parts to build another XX,buggy or truck.
