Planning new project Custom RC10

Post by m_vice »

I am planning on making one more chassis for a new car with the klein dynotech-racing arms on it. I attached a set of drawings of the parts I am planning to cut, we will se how it works out.
The parts are design base on a previous project,

Let me know what you think.

I call it, RC10X2

That looks very cool. I just found that I misaligned the chassis I was making, so it's a little cockeyed, so now I'm off to buy some 8.2"x14" paper to just print out a full-size layout instead of clamping a chassis to it as a jig. I can just chop this one up into smaller parts anyway.

What kind of blades do you use in your coping saw? I may give it a go by hand sometime.

Cool, I got a variety set of the blades of the bay, so I actually try all of them. I use the smallest one on the towers and a bit bigger teeth ones on the aluminum chassis. I smooth out the sides with dremel and with a hand file.
