Not sure either, but wasn't a leopard part of the graupner collection?
(Graupner always had many, if not all, of its cars from other suppliers and just rebranded and distributed in part of Europe)

I like the guepard myself, as far as i like gas that is

As previously stated, that is a Great Vigor Hunter distributed under the Hobby Lobby name in the US. It was also sold by Graupner.

There was a lexan body version called the Tornado. A few years later, they put a truck conversion on it and called it a Mean Mudder.

I also have a hunter that's in mint condition, but I do not have the roll cage :( :( Been trying to find one, but no luck yet.

Regards,
highwayracer

Taiwanese made prebuilt 1/8 buggy from the late 80's...yours seem complete minus the bumper.

Tha's the same car but with the wheels and tires that were on the Tornado. If I ever find a cage, I'll also have it painted in yellow to match the wheels. Thanks for the pic...now I know what it'll look like.

highwayracer

with those wheels it looks much closer to the graupner car. And since Graupner usually just imported and rebranded it might actually be the same.
the color of the graupner cars wheels was a dark green though.
