I remember the viper but never saw the mini before. The wipers were launched in the early nineties: middle of the touring car boom, right?
Personally I prefer the Bolink legends: the on-road style fits the chassis type better in my opinion

I had a heap of nip parts and a few bodies for these cars at one point. These cars were advertised as being unbrakable from Schumacher back then and i think they certainly are built quite rugged. Very simple design, aimed at the newbie market I think. I remember the Mini shell being very fatt and wide.
Good to see Leon here on 10TALK. :D

Ahh yes, the Vipers..... the short wheel base version. I have a bunch of the long wheel base Wildcat chassis..... those were the ones designed to use the 235mm touring car bodies, with buggy wheels and touring car tyres. Always wanted a SWB though......

Here's my first one: http://www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.asp?cid=40515&sid=154

I have a Viper sitting in my shed with a new decal sheet thanks to Bormac.

Will part with it or trade.

Cheers.

I remember those from a christmas like 20 years ago. My cousin got one and i was jealous as hell. He was rubbing it in my face all day. He went outside to play with it and fell and hurt his arm. Came in crying, about that time another uncle came in saying he'd just ran over one of the kids damn toys  Redemtion :D
