White Ball Cups

Post by Atlas »

Open up a Customs Works Outlaw Sprint Car today and noticed it came with white ball cups very similar (almost the same) to the ones included with the RC10. The Custom Works part number for these ball cups is 8130. However when I look up the part online (on Kipp's Hobbies) the part shows up as black:

Any Custom Works expert here who could help us out on this one? This could be a cheaper alternative to finding those rare NIP RC10 white ball cups.

Those are most likely throttle servo linkage cups, which are translucent whiteish and the wrong ball size. CW still uses AE Mfr supply for the standard cups. But I can call Rob tomorrow and find out for sure.

Charlie don't surf -- It is an electric kit I have and the white ball cups were in the steering/servo saver parts bag. Hopefully you can find out more information from your call.
