novak hammer pro and lipo ?

Ive got a Novak Hammer Pro in my gold pan . will I be able to run Lipo with this esc :?: ? Thanks in advance

you should be able to run a 2S lipo in pretty much any esc, the only problem with the lipo is you need to either make sure the esc has a lipocutoff alarm, install a small lipo alarm, or pay close attention to the cell voltage.

the reason is that the lipo cells do not like to be discharged beyond a certain point, otherwise they can become damaged or severely reduced in peformance.
