Reg has a birthday? I didn’t think that secret government projects had birthdays. 1977...must have been a bong experiment gone wrong. Some guy is showing off the lab to his girlfriend and accidentally does a bong hit out of a test tube marked “Do not touch”. Poof! A super being is born. Even a Worlds Car Super Hero deserves a party I guess. I’ll get the cake and kool-aid ready... :P 8)
