What are the different wheelbases the mid came in and how many models where there? What were the differences between them? I'm going to begin restoration of one soon and don't know what I have. I do know it has gold shocks and metal shock towers.... Also all four wheels are a multi spoke design and the same width.

From what you describe, my guess is you have the first Optima Mid (Std). This one:

That looks like it. Has the same wheels and all. It would be concidered short wheelbase right?
