Hi all,
I've dug out my old RC's (TRX-T Eagle and RC-10 Grpahite) and have decided to start getting them back into running order. I started with my Eagle as it was in much better shape and have it in rolling form. My problem is I need to get some new wheels on it. I still have the stock satin chrome ones that came with it, but the plastic adapters and the rear wheels are really starting to wear. I put a post up on the Traxxas Forums, but it doesn't seem to get much traffic. At any rate, in that thread someone had mentioned that I could use the Nitro Rustler wheels and tires but I would have to swap out the rear stub axles and the front axles with TRX-10/Radicator parts. I think I need part number 1653, 2737 and 4957 to make this all happen, but am hoping that someone on here can tell me for sure what parts I need to pick up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Dave

Re: TRX-T Eagle Help
The first two part numbers look good. they are the stub axles and the front spindles. I can't remember if you need a rear hex, but that 4957 number comes up as a spring, not sure what that part was meant to be.
buy these wheels:

if you need hexes, something like this will work:

and you can pick up the first 2 part numbers you listed at buytraxxas.com.

Re: TRX-T Eagle Help
jwscab, thank you so much for the reply. I'll double check but I thought the last number was for hexes, but what you linked is perfect. I have one question though. I don't really care if the rims are vintage looking as I still have my originals if I wanted them, so would these Rims and Tires fit?

Re: TRX-T Eagle Help
those wheels won't work on the front. they require a different set of axles. you can convert the truck, but it's just different parts.
you can use the spindle/axle/bearings/upright(or c-hub) from something like a bandit in order to use those wheels(and another set of hexes). I do not know how the offset ends up with those wheels however.
