Nice videos!
That track was very bumpy. The surface was hard-packed to almost concrete firmness in some places, and oiled sawdust in other places. So it was very difficult to set the car up for the entire track. The drivers needed to drive around some of the bumps because the car would flip over otherwise. Nothing like the groomed clay tracks of today.
