Did the same, used the natural color and experienced this to my converted 2.65, maybe its me or its just the 2.65 shaft is too small thats why its chewing my idler gear. ro some flex of some sort, ended up using the stock 2.25 ones.

The RPM 2.65 top shaft is too small to mesh well in my opinion, I use it in my 10t still but ii have to rebuild the gears quite often

I never would have guessed that I needed to upgrade the idlers even in a stealth tranny... Wow
