Seriously? Did EVERYONE have to drill holes in different places back then? Was servo tape ever that bad? I'm dying here trying to find a decent c stamp :roll:

the ideas WAS, to shrink a bottle around a plaster mold, like shrink tube.

It is almost ashaming to admit I'm an engineer, but I did not think about the fact that the material will of course shrink to the shortest distance between 2 end...

I'm pretty sure we all have things we hate when we receive a second-hand R/C car and it turns out to have some things that are somewhat out of order - more than we had expected. Let's list them. :D

Wood screws, broken bulk heads and any major components that are unusable. With that though I consider what we do to be salvage. I can't imagine how much r/c gear ends up in landfill but I guess what we do is prevent these old beauties from joining...

I got this car supercheap in a shop two years ago.It was a second hand TA04 R,but little by lttle I have been transforming it to a TRF,not finish yet though.
I found on ebay two NIP SSG carbon lower decks, and many parts in Japan,like carbon...
