Delta 1/8 wheels

Some of the older Delta Super J cars are using white wheels. I think with the CK790 the red wheels were introduced.
The front wheels should be same dimensions maybe but is it possible using the red rear wheels on older Super J as well or are hubs or mounting something different?

Regarding rubber, is it possible using current 1/8 rubber on old Delta wheels or is the diameter different?

For the front wheels, someone knows the dimensions of the bearings?

For the Delta Super Eagle frontwheels/axles, each wheel has TWO different sized bearings. Inner 1/4" x 1/2" and outer bearing 3/16" x 1/2".

Super J wheels that I have use 3/16" by 1/2" only.
