My vintage motor collection....

Post by ovalguy1 »

Here are a couple of pics of my vintage motor collection. All of these motors were raced at one point in time. My favorites of all have the to be the Slot Machine 2 and the Parodox. They changed stock racing in there own right. First was the laydown brush then came the rebuildable stock motor. Most of these are Trinty (Epic) based. I poped open the sealed ones and cleaned them up and trued the comms. I just decided to do this one day I might run them in the yard or just let them sit in the box. I miss the days of having to build your own HP! More to come soon. I am trying to get all of the Trinity motors from the Slot Machine 1 till today.

All of these have been cut on a diamond bit lathe and most have been rebrushed.

Well you have really good collection I like that. I think all the old stuff is more durable instead of the new motors. Because I mostly see the burnt problem in motors. How many years you are collecting these motors?
