Cost aside, I would have one already...but it will need to wait until after tax time.

I was hovering on the buy button on Horizon site all day...
I miss brushed motors in that hazy, everything seemed better when I was a kid, kind of way.

I had one on order, to go on the shelf next to my XX4, but last week bought a 22 2.0 to race this year and so cancelled my order. I'll probably get it later in the year, after I've bought the RC10 team car (what am I saying!!!!)DerbyDan wrote:I think my racing buddy Paul should be running his for the first time tonight...

Sweet, but close to $500 is kinda steep for my budget...
I will have to just run my XXX-4 Queen and pretend....

Losi has an MAP of 469 on them, that is as low as they can be advertised.

It will be interesting to see just how long this "new" design will last, and how many we will see at local races. I predict low numbers.

Re: TLR 22-4 Who's going to be the first.....???
Over here the best price I can find is £320 GBP which is comparable to any of the other 4wd cars out there - the B44.2 is £280 & the Yokomo BMax 43G is £380.... if you convert these prices into $ they are somewhat more than what you would be paying in the US!
To me - for a new release model (ignoring any similarities to a previously released model) the price doesn't look too unreasonable.

Re: TLR 22-4 Who's going to be the first.....???
As consumers, our willingness to pay these prices, is what drives these prices. Its not a matter of the materials or technology justifying the cost. I suppose its always been an expensive game,, but its ridiculous now days.
