Shodog's Craigslist score

Post by shodog »

This morning while cruising Craigslist I came across the posting for this RC10

Image

The guy lives in a city 90 miles away and not wanting to miss out, I jumped on my Motorcycle for the 180 mile trip. Turns out he also had a new built Graphite buggy that I was able to scoop up. I wouldn't say I got them for a great price, just a fair price. I mainly wanted the Tecnacraft wheels and turnbuckles. The new graphite chassis will replace the one on my MIP 4wd buggy.

I have always thought those are the best looking wheels for the rc10. Nice score on the cars but even better score on the 180 mile motorcycle ride!

These chassis had some interesting body modifications. The graphite buggy came with a poorly trimmed Andy's painted body

Everyone knows I'm a Tecnacraft fanatic so I couldn't pass up this chance for a set. The motorcycle ride was treacherous. The traffic here in the bay area is terrible and I split a lane most of the ride.

That's a great score. The wheels look to be in great shape! I like the upside down wing too.

Wow, nice score! Those are my favorite of all the Tecnacraft wheels. The size and style just look right. I have an addiction to them too, and I blame you and your gallery. Are outer rims in decent shape? I see them now, on a blue RC10 tuber build. Sorry, don't listen to me, that's my wish for a blue Real Racing RC10 with 2 inch Tecnacrafts. Can't wait to see what ride gets the bling.
