Ten4 Nose tubes and hardware kit pre-preorder

I will be offering custom nose tubes for the forthcoming Ten4 4WD RC10 conversion kit. The Ten4 kit is made to use the front noseplate in the "long wheelbase" position. That being the case, the factory RC10 nose tubes are too short. You can drill and tap the stock RC10 nose tubes, but they will have an extra hole in them, creating an unattractive and weak pair of tubes. Another option is to make your own tubes, which is fairly simple if you have the proper tooling and can source the correct tubing. I will be offering ready to go tubes for similar to what you would pay for a pair of J Concepts tubes.
The Nose tube set is $15 + shipping

I will also be offering a Ten4 Hardware kit that consists of the rear belt guide shaft (that goes in the bulkhead), the bearings that go on it, and the 2-56 retainer screw. More details and pricing to follow.

I made 6 set of nosetubes last night.

Nose tubes will be $15 a set.

I put together 6 hardware kits the other night.



The kits are composed of long stainless steel screw for Ten4 front tensioner (replaces screw that holds left nose tube to pan) and matching screws for the other 3 nose tube screws (right nose tube to pan and 2x nose tube to nose plate), aluminum washer and nylock nut for front tensioner, bearings for front tensioner, stainless steel rear belt guide shaft, rear belt guide bearings, and rear belt guide shaft retainer screw. The cost of the kits will be $10.

I should be able to ship the nose tubes and hardware kits next week, I'll hit you up individually for payment before shipping. In the mean time I'll start making more nose tubes and hardware kits to meet the needs of everyone on the list.

nice, those should go well with all my other stainless hardware that I have for building the cars. I swear that 1 purchase from fastenal has covered my ass for quite a few cars now. I've yet to break a screw too

Okay, I'll try to look tonight and let you know. The hard to find parts last I looked are the B44 front CVA assemblies. Do you already have the input/output shafts and pulleys? Unfortunately they are no longer available.
