Finally pulled the finger out - tore it down and rebuilt it.
Had to replace all the screws, nuts and balljoint balls due to corrosion.
Fresh AE aluminum for the front and rear bulkheads and 3mm black steel button head hex for the rest, except the wheels, which are fitted with 3x6 buttonhead SS torx 10.
I have this one since ages and it has been sitting in my closet at the office. I finally brought it back home and took some pics before sending it back to the basement.

The third link on the front is used to adjust what ? :o
It is not meant to adjust anything, it prevents the front c-hubs to vibrate too much and generally reinforces the front end to offer a more precise handling.

I remember when the works 91 was in all the mags and as most kids I could never afford one till now.
