I haven't sold anything on ebay in awhile and was wondering why when I create a new listing does it take like 12 plus hours to show up in search. Then when I listed a couple more items this evening two of my items that were showing disappeared from search but show in my dashboard as for sale.
I've been searching the bay for parts etc.. and have noticed some search results have been a bit hit and miss with cars popping up with 10hrs to go before end of bids that I've never seen before in previous search results. So I feel your pain. But lets be fair, the bay will be you're best option for exposure of the item you're trying to sell.
Mike, I hadn't listed anything for years but all my stuff now listed shows up for me immediately after the auction starts. Maybe something you're doing differently?
Yeah its weird never had this happen before. Two of this items i listed yesterday still dont show up in the search. They show as active under my for sale list but if click on one of them then click on sellers other items they are not there.
I started to say this in some other thread, in some other place, but thought I'd share it with you guys since a lot of you have been racing since BITD.
One complaint I do have about racing now is the number of classes for similar cars, back when I...

It seems like the guy who recently opened the new indoor track around here is fed up with this as well. He seems to have narrowed it down pretty well.
There's the car classes that are divided into open and stock (17.5 no boost):
1/10 buggy

Ok now that Tamiya is putting out these re-re's, why isn't there a company out there making scale or performance racing tires in 1.7 and 1.5's? There is a market out there for them so why not do it? Yeah i know you can cut 1.9's down and make scale...
I'm sure this has been covered but frustrated. My ad said ship to US and someone from overseas bought it. Hope Ebay retracts it, I don't know if I should follow through as I've never shipped internationally. I've heard stories of some countries that...

It's a speed control so thinking a small envelope will suffice. Also $100 insured automatically, looking like it'll cost me $38 to ship over there. I'll ship it to him as I don't feel like hassling with Ebay to retract the auction. Fingers crossed,...
Guys, hopefully you'll excuse me in advance for my rant, maybe it's the grumpy old man in me making an observation. I've been looking through the many paint schemes over on rctech.net's Your Custom Paintjobs thread and the more I see, the more...

Since we're talking simple paint jobs,
simply red (and a little black) . . .
Those flames came from the clearance bin at an auto parts store, I have a whole 75¢ in them.
Let's see if we can do this. Just your rant, no responses so we don't argue.
Sort of the industry I guess. I'll start, every RC car video vintage or otherwise with crappy music dubbed over it. Music is personal, most won't like my crap or yours....

From their website, it does appear that RJ SPEED Is under new management. They say they are going to make Some of their old bodies available again as well as Bud’s 1/18th scale bodies.
With all the development and possibilities of mid mounted motors, will rear mounted motor layouts be the good ol days?
Designers are PUTTING WEIGHT IN where they want it, is the future of all this a perfectly balanced 2wd buggy?
Is driving skills...

Got a Hel 3000 ESC today. Actually I persuaded a friend giving me his nonworking unit. This will go into my Vintage RS10G pan car as I was running the car with this ESC in the past.
But now I have to give him another working ESC in trade. That was...
Before last Saturday, I didn't even know that front wheel drive RCs even existed, and now I have built one, and it is still too strange for me. Countless times in the build I got front and back confused because I simply refer to the motor end...

..., but with what I had to go through to get the body, this thing is going to be a slow cruiser. Just enough RC so that it isn't a model! :D
Very well stated. I've found lately that my touring car and trail truck RC builds have become very...
