XXTCR backyard basher resurrection

I have had this truck just sitting on a shelf in the garage for years with a broken transmission housing (2-61-1)
I have been combing through Ebay, looking for replacement parts(diff. Gear was the hardest thing to find and the most $$).
I found everything, plus a few extras just in case, I needed to get it to be a runner.
I did put a few extras on it, to hopefully keep it in running order for my son...like
RPM spur gear cover (still on the way)
RPM rod ends and steering linkage
RPM front bumper
I pulled off the bulky Hydradrive, and put a dual slipper setup in place.
TRINITY aluminum transmission brace
Luckily I was able to round up enough old electronics (digital Cirrus servo, LRP esc, REEDY KR 10x2 motor) I had to buy a new Spectrum 2.4 radio system ...I didn't go too expensive on stuff, just to make it fun for my son and I. I will probably only stick to my backyard track, rather than racing (it would probably be a speedbump for the cars/trucks running a LIPO system.
