Sorry if this question has come up before, I couldn't find it in a search here... does anyone know if there is a major difference in the rear wheels of the B4 and B3? I'm rebuilding a B3 and have sourced parts to be able to use B4 front wheels......

my car is the delsami green xx4 powered by a 10x2. My buddy chuckwald has the kinwald painted xx4 powered by a 5.5 (look for his backflip at the end)

Allright, so these are supposed to be yokomo to hotshot wheels hub adapter. Problem, the axle hole is 6mm diameter. Now mx4 and mr4 would have 6mm axles, but they are locked to the hub with a pin. These use a set screw like yz10 870c. However, the...

Guys - are the new springs for the RC10T4.1 compatible with the older RC10T? I want to try some new rates and didnt know if i needed to seek out old ones.

No problem. The rear arm mounts seem to be the only common breakage part thats hard to find. EBAY has turned me into a horder now. I have a set on each truck and 4 spare sets now.

Does anyone know of any other transmission internals that are compatible with the old MIP transmission? I've been wondering for awhile since I have 2 of them with custom gears and differentials. One tranny seems to have a Thorp differential with MIP...

Joey, to answer your original question. Tamiya Sand Scorcher gears are compatible with the MIP gear boxes.

Do you guys know if the re-re diffs bodies (OT208) and chain drive (OT226) fit the original Optima?
And how about the original diffs internals: do they fit the re-re bodies?

I searched but came up with a big fail. :oops: So can anyone tell me if the innards of the b3 and b4 gear boxes are interchangeable - in part or whole? Thanks.

I think the idler and top shaft are compatible, but the diff is not.

update:

Just checked the manual and the only compatible part is the idler gear and bearings.

I'm bringing an RC10CE Stealth back to life, and I'm missing the pinion/spur gear cover. I did a quick search on Tower's website, but I didn't find either the stock one or the RPM replacement. Are they still available anywhere? If not, is the cover...
