Here's a picture of the 2 kits. As mentioned already, the difference is the length of the arms. The second picture tries to show that difference as best as I could.

Just tried to install this RPM 8012 steering kit on my 10T, but the center tubes are loose over the stock 7306 nose screws and the right side screw is too short for a nut on top. I dont have the instructions (if there were any) or...

so i'm looking through my little part drawers and stumbled upon my used losi a-1017 lxt/nxt steering knuckle setup....

that's a cool little discovery jason, well done man. wonder if a peroxide gel formula would work on the rpm ultra without pulling it apart :roll:
peroxide and rpm don't mix at all...unless you like the color green and some other funkiness :wink:...

It’s quite impressive what a thorough clean can result in.

Simple green.
Toothbrush and pipe cleaners.

Ok, another question since my RC10 classic is my first 6 gear. Can anyone tell me how to properly install the bell crank steering? What do I do with the little plastic washers on the parts tree? I'm guessing the nylon screw is installed upside-down...
