Hi guys (and hopefully some gals), I am hoping someone here can help me out on my restoration. I am starting to rebuild my 10L from way back in the day and need some new front wheels and tires, and maybe rears as well. I have found some from CRC and BSR but I can't find any specs on the mounting.
Do all pan car tires use the same front and rear mounting?
I know the front of the 10L uses SAE bearing and the rears have 4 screws but I have not been able to tell if that is a standard across the board.
Don't want to buy new wheels just to find out they only use metric bearings and the rear screw holes don't line up properly. I have new "snowflake" rear wheels and tires but the fronts are original Associated originals and chewed up pretty good. Would love to be able to just get matching front ones. Foam compound doesn't mater because this is only going to be a shelfer.
I have an original RC10L Graphite roller I've been sitting on, deciding what to do with it.
I was hoping to maybe trade it on rctech for a 2wd buggy but haven't gotten much luck, so maybe I'll build it up.
I saw an article way back when about...

Maybe I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure you can get BSR rubber capped tires still. If you can't find any, my LHS has some NIPs too if you're interested let me know.
My mate has this chassis and we need new wheels and tyres. After looking at pics etc I thought it was an RC12LW with bigger RC10L wheels. But not having anything physical to compare it to it could actually be an RC10. I have taken a bunch...

If you want to keep those big wheels on it for the skateparks those wheels and tires you posted up from rc4less will work as it sits now. You won't have to worry about scraping the bottom up on it much either
Just have found this again at one of my boxes with old pan car stuff.
Back in the days I bought wheels for my RC10L and got one pair what lookes not exactly what you´re used to.
As you can see from the pictures one of the wheels is original RC10L...

I spoke with some of our local guys who worked for AE over the years. They said quality control was what you would expect with a bunch of teenage kids working there. I believe it as I have gotten some seriously fd'-up stuff over the years from them....
Hey guys it has been a while since I was able to do any machining. I came home from Korea for a couple weeks and spent the past weekend in the shop. I was able to machine a new style of BBS wheels which will fit pretty much any of teh 1/10 pan cars...

Anyone have any idea where I can get some aluminum wheels for a shelf queen? thanks
I'm trying to get some ground clearance so I can run my T4.1 in the grass in my yard. I noticed most of the wheels and tires are from Traxxas with the hex hub. I noticed Team Associated has come out with the 12mm clamping hex but I'm not sure of the...

I know this is an older thread, but figured I'd answer. The TRX wheels do use 12mm hexes, and the Talon is an awesome all terrain type tire. I run them on my beast GT:
However, while putting them on the rear with adapters is a snap, mounting...
I recently purchased a NDS and I'd like to convert it to electric using a slightly used 10T chasis. I will need some tires and rims. What do you gents recommend I'd get? I do plan on racing it every now and then. Thanks in advance.

you can use the B4(.1, .2?) hex front end parts. check rc10johhny's threads he's got a couple adapted. just need to drill out the hinge pin for 1/8
when I first talked with Johnny about it he told me to use SC10 front hex so thats what I did its...
These were listed as RC RC10 on road & front buggy Car Wheels and Tires lot . Just wondering about their specific designations.

The bummer about the Black Ones is that they are a Front and a Rear.
What about the Yellow Rears in the first pic? They seem a bit big for a Buggy. They have a Cross Pin looking Drive setup, but there are also 2 extra holes in the back that...
So, is it impossible these days to find tires for the old 3-piece wheels? Starting to realize from threads that most modern tires apparently don’t work. Was hoping I wasn’t going to have to convert my 10t over to 3/16, but is that the only or best...
