Joel Johnson’s ULTIMA 1987 - Replica

Post by rwinter »

Hello. I am new to the forum. My first time posting but collecting informations, here, for long time  I am building Joel Johnson’s ULTIMA 1987. Almost everything is already collected (bought) for this project. Since the chassis is something impossible to find (a Trinity chassis - even on internet is really hard to find some information) I decide make one myself, painting the Trinity logo too. One of my question: Is the Trinity chassis (not Última Pro, not Duratrax) is kicked up? If yes it has to be 20° the most… by the pics I have seen.

Thank you

Pics soon

Have a look at this thread, link bellow, it is the actual buggy might help you with your replica. Unfortunately Dan passed away a couple of years ago other wise he would have helped you out any way he could

For some reason I can't see any pictures in this thread

Thanks for the link to Dan's rebuild of the actual championship car. It doesn't get much cooler than that. :D
