Yonezawa missiler hobby grade tyre set identify

Post by Libra »

Hi at all,

i find this Missiler and i see the tyre set are not the original set.
This tyre set surely are hobby grade, probably the front rims are the Tamiya grasshopper? I'm not shure.
Whre i can find a tyre set like this one? It's for a restoring my Missiler, the original tyres in my one are worn.

Those were the same platform as the monogram thunder, and shares parts minus the body with the monogram lightning. These were also sold under bandai name. In the USA monogram sold parts, not sure if bandai and others did elsewhere. Here is a set of fronts for example that is on eBay currently. https://www.ebay.com/itm/275925426443

Ahh I misunderstood, I thought you were trying to restore yours. In that case yes, grasshopper series wheels front and rear should fit fine. You may need to slightly trim the adapter for the rears to fit, as mentioned by bolink
