MRP, what did they make?

Post by Mr. ED »

Hi guys,
as far as I knew MRP made the PRO110 and 1/12th scale carpet racers. Then Kustomizerz told me there's a 4wd buggy called shotgun which is extreme rare.
Anybody have more info on it? Anything else they build, cars, kits, bodies or hop ups for other makes???

they also made 1/10 scale pan cars, and in my opinion, some of the nicest lexan bodies.

GP-10 is the 1/10 Pan Car. I think I have pics some where and I would agree about the bodies, my 1/10 fav is the Corvette GTP.

so it was pretty much just a standard sprint car wing then ? i was not sure if it was or if it was slightly smaller like how the oswego's normally run. i suppose i could always bend one up out of lexan but i wasnt sure of the dimensions. any idea of side board dimensions?

Shotguns are pretty neat looking. Towerhobbies even used to sell them.

Digging up an old thread here but wondering why the shotgun is so rare. They had a lot of ads out in the magazines for this car. Did they not get the buggy into full production or did they just not sell? One was listed about a month ago on ebay but the auction got yanked before it ended. Jay, sounds like you are the resident MRP guru. Have you found one yet?
