Replacment Clod Tire?

Post by mrlexan »

Can anyone suggest some replacement tires for the Clod for the standard OE wheels? I have looked on ebay and really didn't like what I saw there. I am not much for the super agressive look. Form over function in this case (that should be obvious to everyone by now). Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

imho, the stock Clod tires are the best looking tires for the truck. They don't have any silly writing on the sides, the tread and sidewalls are scale looking, and they perform very, very well.

Having said that, second place for me would go to the Imex Pullers.

Ya think Bruline would be better than the Sees I got from Brandon?

It's mostly built, thanks to Scr8p. I am not much of a MT guy, but for some reason it just caught my eye. The body might change, still undecided. I will snap some pics.

On an RC10? Then it has to be old school. Either stock Tamiya (still the best) or Imex. No Rc4wd stuff. Maybe you can find some Dynamite spike pins, those would be dope.

It is looking like I will be keeping the stock tires on the truck. I wanted something a bit more agressive, but I am not seeing anything I like. I just to have some Prolines long ago, that I would like to find again. At the time I had those, I didn't have nor was interested in MTs.

I am probably just going to stay with the ones installed. If I had a set I would use them, if not, I don't see spending the cash on them.
