The tires on the radiant are tamiya tires, I wanted to keep the stock tires in the box

Really? What car are they for? I've never seen them before. I'd mount those on my runner for sure. Thanksmurphy3428 wrote:The tires on the radiant are tamiya tires, I wanted to keep the stock tires in the box

Re: A COUPLE NEW BUILT AYK'S
Ok cool thanks. I'll bee looking for those tires. Are they vintage or still common to this day?
Darryn can you confirm that the tires are for the Avante? You know waaaaaaaaay more than me about this stuff... Hey by the way are you still doing a vintage section in the RC magazine? I've been away in Eurpope for 4 years and heven't seen any of those there. At the end I was buying the magazine mostly for your articles! I'm really nopt into the new stuff...

Re: A COUPLE NEW BUILT AYK'S
Not sure if they actually came on a car - cant really make them out on this tiny eee pc screen
They are available on eBay all the time - they are Tamya "option" tires. Avante tires are from the Supershot.....
Yep - still writing for the magazine - been over 5 years now!
Thanks very much for your comments.
Best way to get he mag is the "Zinio" subscription - very reasonably priced - and you cant tear or wear out the pages! You can download it anywhere and keepit on your P.C
Cheers
