gold tub and brushless

hey guys,i plan on restoring a gold tub soon and putting the brushless motor from my Firestorm in.the motor and esc are mad by castle creations for hpi.will the rc10 trans hold up to the power?its not the most powerful combo,but i would just like to be sure.it will also be powered by a maxamps 6000mah lipo battery

which tranny do you plan to use? Stealth or 6-gear?

And the 6 gear? ;)
I just got a mild brushless setup and was going to try it in my 6 gear. It has the modern black idlers and full bearings, so I was thinking it would be fine if I dialed out some of the punch.
Any thoughts on that?
