Tamiya Tamtech 935 GT01 Body Comparison
bscotti got me thinking last night about Porsches last night and it spurred the below. To my surprise they are quite a close fit, with the re-re body being a touch wider, but not by much. All this really means for me is more projects that I want to do and more GT01 chassis that I want to buy and build. BTW, I still have some of these available.

Gotta love that floppy ears rear wing. Preston Henn's Swap Shop Porsche, I think he's still around read an article about him not long ago, still has the swap shop.

Re: Tamiya Tamtech 935 GT01 Body Comparison
I saw Preston at Daytona a could years back.... he had his hand in Gunnar Jeanette team for the 24 hours. I can't remember what car it was. I was surprised the man was quite honestly still walking the face of the earth. He has got to be older than dirt.
I always loved those Henn cars back then. Did you ever see his 962 that he ran at West Palm? Henn's Big Lean Hiney Machine (seriously, that's what it was called). Sponsored by Hiney Beer. I have a pic of it somewhere. I need to dig it out.

Here are some pics I took when I was like 8 or 10.... somewhere around that age, at the 24 hours of Daytona. The benefit of growing up an hour south of Daytona. Then the pic at the bottom to put into perspective of how I was at the time.... that's me on the right and my younger brother on the left.

I am not here cause I am playing photographer and on my mountain bike.
