Thanks for the reply. After I read your response I realized I’m an idiot and there was no need for a different hold down. All I had to do was loosen the screws a bit. It all fits . Thanks

Hardcase lipo fitment
What’s everyone using as a battery hold down? Just got my 2s hard case and while it fits the bulkhead just fine , the battery hold down won’t work. I suppose i can use some washers to gain clearance. Is there any other solution? I’m excited to get this thing going. Just got my vintage Novak gear mou...

Thanks all for additional info. No grass running. Gonna be street and some dirt . I’ll be getting low voltage alarm and will keep tabs on run time .

Ok thanks for the info. I was gonna run a low voltage alarm. I can run NImh if it’s better for the set up.I’m not racing just backyard basher.

Dumb question I’m sure , but I’ve been out of game for a while . I plan on running my 40th as is and with vintage electronics. I’m going with a Novak cyclone and twister pocket rocket 27t motor and some 2s lipo. What’s a good pinion size? Thanks

I ordered mine April 20 something from associated website on a pure impulse buy. Just got an email at 2:20 that it shipped. Tracking say’s delivery on tues. Still not sure what I’m doing with it lol. Looks like I’m number 3761.

Dang. I ordered a worlds steering from them. They notified me it was back ordered. I told them to cancel and refund my money. So far they canceled but no PayPal refund.

The chassis was Powdercoated a semi gloss black. Thanks
