I have extra towers and some carbon fiber pieces to make a top plate and such. It’s my daughters first Rc car so she really wants to race it. I offered to buy her something else and she didn’t want it.

I’m currently rebuilding my daughters outrage in preparation for our new vintage class. It’ll be running a 60amp esc and a 17.5t motor and a reedy round stick style LiPo. It’s going to run the stock tires and wheels until I get some jconcepts for the rc10 classic. I’m having a couple issues though. ...

It took a lot of fiddling. The most difficult part was that the fact that the Ultima case takes 8x14x4 bearings and the re-release Optima takes 10x15x4 bearings. My first thought was to have the diff halves milled down. Then I was looking around on the AVID website and found 10x15x4 flanged bearing...

I raced my academy last year and i can say I did NOT experience Andy of the issues I've heard about. The car was incredibly fast with a 13.5t. It would easily pull the front end up on little rollers (couldn't have the slipper any looser or it would slip non stop). I only experienced one parts failur...

Thanks. I will be doing a little more work too the 'Pede so I can get a little more performance out of her. I need too work on esc settings and try too get it moving a little smoother off the line.

That's weird. Are they the correct ones? Are they front or rear diff cups instead of center cups?

The common diff rates are 7k-10k front, 5k center, 3k-5k rear. shocks are typically 30-40
