Re: Matts RC10 resto
Just noticed that your dogbones are awfully close to popping out of the outdrive cups with the car sitting on the table. Do they stay in when the arms are at full droop? I noticed this too but don't have a problem with them popping out although they have on the odd occasion, do you think this is do...

Re: Matts RC10 resto

Decided against clear coating the chassis as i didnt want issues with it flaking off so wet and dry sanded it and then polished up with some compound, and its come up much better than before although pictures are rubbish. Got the front bulkhea...

Re: Vintage Graphite Chassis snapped!!
Thanks again, I've had this since I was 13 and from memory I had two one graphite and one rc10t both were fairly old and well used at the time but I ended up taking all the (in the eyes of a 13 year old) "best bits" to make one decent one and one which I sold on. Can someone tell me what o...

Re: Vintage Graphite Chassis snapped!!
Thanks for the replies, I've used some CA and soaked the crack then clamped in a vice overnight, it's come out pretty good, I've also got 2mm carbon plate which I will use if it breaks again!

Re: Vintage Graphite Chassis snapped!!
Here you go, ive just finished stripping it down and think it may be fixable as i have some carbon fiber cloth and 2 ton epoxy if i can inject some epoxy into the crack and clamp into a vice it might do the trick http://i1083.photobucket.com/albums/j397/mattwarner1979/IMG_0869.jpg http://i1083.photo...

Can I use these Lipos??
Hi, I am new to all this, however I recently upgraded my graphite rc10 to brushless and decided to move on from nicads to Lipos, I've just brought a charger off eBay which came with x2 3s 2200mah 35c packs.
Will these be ok? They are half the size of my old 7 cell nicads!
Thanks

EZRUN 3000kv brushless spur/pinion combo?
Hi, Iam restoring my vintage RC10 Graphite and have just ordered an EZRUN 3000kv brushless and ESC Combo, its only going to be used for a bit of fun and i am only looking at using some 3800mah NIMH rather than LIPO's. I have a load of spare spurs and pinions and after a recommendation to run with th...
