I have one of these.. I think that you will find quite a few parts are interchangeable between the MT, RS4 and Mini Pro..
I pulled the arms and wheels off my MT and put them on my Mini Pro, and put it on the grid in the Mini class at our local club.. Surprisingly it handled quite well..

Re: Tamiya Fighting Buggy rere question
When the Fighting Buggy was first released, I was led to believe that it was a limited release..
Maybe it has been more popular than initially thought, and Tamiya has re-re released it under the new part number..

Re: Need lipo battery setup suggestions
What about square packs?? Approx the same footprint as 2 saddle packs sitting side by side.. Stack them one on top of the other, which is not ideal for weight distribution, but when you are short on space.... These were the first to come up on a Google search.. http://www.smc-racing.net/index.php?ro...

Re: SC10 gear diff problems.?
Bully I do believe that my SC10 could have been a first release, although you must have been lucky if all that you needed to fix yours was shims.. One of the side gears in mine is totally shot.. The diff rebuild kit comes with shims, plus I have the ones in the diff now, so hopefully I'll have enoug...

Re: SC10 gear diff problems.?
Thanks Rod..
I ordered a gear diff rebuild kit and I will pay more attention to the shims on reassembly..
If that fails, I will change over to a ball diff..
I was just curious if it was a common problem..

SC10 gear diff problems.?
Hi everyone.. Has anyone had any issues with the gear diff in their SC10?? On the weekend I was driving my SC10 which had probably only seen 2 hours track time prior to the weekend, and it was still setup with a 13.5 LRP brushless motor from racing.. After 5 mins or so of doing laps of the backyard,...

Re: What is a SRB Taipan???
The Taipan was an RC car made by Pitstop RC cars and accessories in Sydney Australia that was based on the Tamiya SRB platform incorporating many aftermarket parts from CRP, MIP and RCH.. I understand that the gear case of these cars had "Taipan" engraved into them, although I have never s...

Re: Axial Racing any good?
Sorry, I didn't see your post before today.. That's a nice rig you have, I see that you have already bought some upgrades for it.. As you have probably worked out, the Axial SCX10 series are not race cars, they are scale 4x4's as the others have said.. I would say that it would be an ideal vehicle f...

Re: Futaba s3003 with lipo...
Some more information would be helpful.. What voltage LiPo are you using? 1S, 2S, 3S? What ESC are you using? (If its a Tamiya TEU101BK they don't have an inbuilt BEC, and will supply full battery voltage to the receiver..) What (brand & type) Radio gear do you have? Have you disconnected the ar...

Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread
Need a little help guys...trying to get these to work, but they are acting goofy...I'd like to know at least brand, if not model, so I can get some documentation. It would seem to be an easy setup, but either I'm a dumbass and not doing it right, or one or both of these are goobered. There's no ID'...

Re: Air Supply mills?!?
This one was fitted to a Hirobo Zerda bought off eBay in Australia... It doesn't look to be in bad condition, although it needs a true, and a new set of brushes.. http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii320/StumpyRC/AirSupply2.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii320/StumpyRC/AirSupply1.jpg I have ...
