Re: Going from Zx-9R to Vulcan 900
Sport bikes are a lot of fun if you like to live somewhat dangerously, ie: younger and not as smart as your gonna be, tickets, crashes, spending money on things that really don't make them faster but make them cooler. (yeah I work in the motorcycle industry) Cruisers get better gas mileage, are easier...

Re: FARMERS Official ORANGE RACER Build Thread
Not wanting to sound like a goober but B4 wheels with captured bearings are easier to find than 12mm hex buggy wheels if buying used.

Re: Who have you met in person?
Forum members or people in the Industry? I don't have pics (who knew I'd or anybody else would think RC would make it this long) but I have met alot of notable people back in the day. I'm 55 and was into RC back when Associated first came out with the RC10. Yeah I don't have any of the old cars any ...

Re: Old is new, and a classic restoration, I wanna do both!
Kudos on trying the long wheelbase. It never made sense to me to widen out a RC10 to B4 specs without stretching the wheelbase to match the B4 (worlds ). I have mine set up the same way but still waiting on Gens Ace shortys to hit our shores before I hit the track. Yeah My B4.1 worlds might be for s...

Just remember you can't put too much lube in them when building. Just wipe the excess off when done.

Re: Grizzly Old is New Project (updated 06/23/2012)
Looks great but one question when rebuilding my OIN car I noticed no droop in front arms with the T2 frt tower. Shouldn't we have atleast little frt droop?

Re: To rebuild an original RC10 or to buy new?
Even if you go new car you'll still need Lipos and charger for Lipos also brushless ESC and motor. Either way it's gonna cost but with todays electrics it's still cheaper in the long run than back in the day.

Re: dirt oval discussion
Man you guys are killing me. After running offroad after a 17 year hiatus for 6 months now ya'll are getting the oval blood stirring. I ran a JG truck chassis (longer wheelbase) inline battery, J car direct drive, shorty left frt arm and a andys wide frt arm on the right, Mac lowering kit, .71s all ...

Re: NEW B4 T4 SC10???
Heck if AE would just give us some big bore shocks I'd be happy. I don't see any BIG changes that would make the B4 obsolete. I'm no where running on the A podium but getting real close. There's more 22s behind me than in front.
