Re: Background change.
Alright, there's now a light theme for those that prefer it over a darker one. It's called SE Gamer: Light, and can be selected in the User Control Panel under Board Preferences. It's in the drop-down list next to My board style.

Laser Mini Pro esc 1989
As I have been reminiscing about the British heatsink ESC era, and steadily collecting up a few Demon and Nosram esc's, I have started also looking into Laser offerings, mainly due to a build I am working on which originally pictured in late 80's mags with a Laser esc fitted. I somehow quickly went ...

Laser Thermal Charger 1986 / MkII 1989
I used one of these for many years back in the day - probably my fave charger. Oh so simple.... I recently picked up this pair - one from the legend that is Richard Isherwood. He told me Glyn Peglar had revised the thermal sensor bulb on it to something slightly less vulnerable. Both still work perf...

Re: Motors Storage
I use a similar setup as winner_evo.
Use zippo lighter stands for the motors, pretty sure I paid around $25 AUD for 45 of them.

My first RC10
This was my first RC10. I got it in the 90’s from a friend and restored it and upgraded it. Now it’s mostly a shelf queen, with the exception of the occasional cruise. I like to keep all my cars in running order. I used one of the box art paint jobs as inspiration, I don’t remember which one. Perhap...

Re: PB buggies. Post your pics.
Thought it was time to reignite this thread and throw up a couple of pictures of my PB Ace. As I've posted elsewhere I'd love to recreate the mid motor PB Ace at some point, very little information to go off other than the one pic in an early magazine which showed the prototype car with the mid moto...

Pb Mini Mustang Survivor
Back in the late 80's I was invited to join a team from one of my local clubs to race in a Jimmy Davis-sponsored 24hour charity race at the (UK-famous) Donisthorpe track. The club was Perry Common Buggy Club and at that time, in around 1986-7 the car to have (indoors on carpet) was the Pb Mini Musta...

PB ECO - Reliving my yuff.
Thought I’d share a picture to the group of a Mini Mustang I had as a kid back in roughly 1989 I reckon, body was a bit different. I bought the car as a kid secondhand from a local bloke who had bought but not gotten on to well. I stripped and rebuilt the car and enjoyed using and racing at our loca...

CS Electronic Rocket 6R
Hello, have trade a old Rocket 6R controller from Christian Sterr Munich. In about 1885 we use this controller in our Buggys here in area Munich. We had races around Zimmermann store with Theo Bickhard and Mr. Blümel for race lap controll. The Club was MAV Munich with Ch. Sterr, later BFB. We had fi...

UK Lightweight Racer
So, this is one i am building to run... in fact it is going to be a back-up car for another unusual RC10 I am building for the UK Revival meeting over the summer. It therefore has a spattering of used and older parts, but will also have some nice UK-biased bits and bobs too. It is based around a ver...
